The Third City – Croydon Council

Croydon – Third City website. Not much to say really.
The plan was to create the whole environment  in flash with people walking around the buildings and coming towards the screen to talk about the different links. But for budget and time-scale reasons that was the result.

The whole city was created in photoshop using almost grey scale images, giving more emphasis to the green and young aspects of the new third city.
